The problems are the various because: - They are problems of the Serbs and other no Albanians; - They are problems of Albanians; - They are problems of democratic world, which is trying to solve those problems with great and expensive efforts. So we decided, for triple, trilingual bulletin presen­tation, on the languages Serbian, Albanian and Eng­lish alphabet with certain intention, to all of good will, knowledgeable invitation: Help this people, whatever to which nation belongs, people behind closed doors, people of Kosovo and Metohia, to make life human.
